Hi, I’m Shanel Munger - founder of Stressed to Success [Redefined].
For years, I was the woman everyone relied on: thriving in a demanding corporate career, growing a side business, studying, always “on,” always delivering.
On paper? I looked successful. Inside? I was exhausted.
I felt like I was always one step behind, living in a loop of “just get through this week,” constantly rushing, constantly proving.
I wasn’t enjoying my life or my success anymore - I was surviving it.
I remember wanting to run away from my own life. Even when things looked good from the outside, I felt trapped, disconnected, and quietly drowning in the endless “shoulds.”
In 2022, everything shifted. I set ONE courageous goal: to live a life more than work.
That meant I had to stop performing, proving, and pushing - and start coming home to myself.
It wasn’t about changing jobs or escaping to a tropical island. Because no matter where I went, I would still be carrying the same patterns and beliefs that kept me trapped in overwhelm and anxiety.
Through this journey, I discovered powerful tools to reset my nervous system, rewire limiting beliefs, and reconnect to joy - tools that helped me reclaim my energy and presence, without sacrificing my ambition.
Today, I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership, and I’m a TEDx speaker, a two-time international Brandon Hall Gold award winner, certified yoga instructor, mindfulness practitioner, and NLP coach. I’m also a woman who loves yoga, cycling, and long weekends away - because success should feel like freedom, not a prison.
I believe you already have everything you need inside you. You don’t need to become someone else - you just need to remember who you are beneath the pressure.
